Refund policy

At About The Gift (ATG), we provide a curated gifting subscription service, not a standard retail shop. Because of this, our policy is slightly different from traditional product-based stores.

Refunds

  • No refunds are available once payment has been taken. This applies to both monthly subscriptions and annual upfront subscriptions.

  • If you cancel part-way through an annual upfront plan, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, but no refund or credit will be issued.

  • Payments already collected on monthly plans are non-refundable.

This policy ensures fairness and sustainability across all subscribers. Your statutory rights under UK law remain unaffected.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for change of mind or unwanted gifts. However, if your delivery arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement.

  1. Notification: You must contact us at grant@aboutthegift.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. Please include clear photos of the issue.

  2. Assessment: We will confirm whether the item qualifies for exchange.

  3. Resolution: If approved, we will send a replacement gift at no extra cost to you.

Important Notes

  • Replacements are the only remedy offered; we do not issue monetary refunds for damaged or incorrect items.

  • All gifts are subject to availability, and replacements may differ slightly in design or content from the original.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct. ATG is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the subscriber.
