Dispatch Schedule

• Subscription Gifts: Each subscription includes three (3) curated gifts per year. Gifts are dispatched at intervals determined by your plan.

• First 3 Months: No gifts are dispatched during the first three (3) months of membership unless you pay a rush fee for earlier delivery.

• Rush Fee Dispatch: If selected, your first gift will be dispatched within 14 days of payment of the rush fee.

Delivery Methods

• We currently ship within the UK only.

• All gifts are sent via tracked courier or Royal Mail. A tracking number will be provided when available.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch.

• Rush fee orders: within 14 days from confirmation of fee payment.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

• Standard shipping is included in your subscription price.

• Rush fee payments cover both expedited handling and delivery.

Risk of Loss

Once your gift is passed to the courier, responsibility transfers to you. Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. ATG is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.

Damages or Errors

If your gift arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing grant@aboutthegift.co.uk with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
